Our Legal Fees

For all Real Estate transactions (sales, purchases, refinances, transfers of land, etc.) and Wills and Estates services we charge based on a flat fee + disbursements model. For Notary appointments and Mediation sessions, we charge on an hourly basis.

To ensure clarity and transparency, every quote includes a full breakdown of expected legal fees and disbursements based on the information you provide. As no two real estate deals are identical, we like to make sure our estimates are individually-tailored to capture the disbursements your specific transaction may incur .

  • Nope! All of our estimates are free and no-obligation, meaning that by requesting an estimate you are not subject to any fees or charges and are not automatically retaining our services. Our team will only email you once with your estimate and will not contact you further or begin any work on your behalf without your consent

  • We Typically reply to all inquiries within one business day. If you have not received a response during that time, please check your spam/junk inbox or give us a call at 403-365-4397.

  • Nope! We will not assume that you are retaining our services until you confirm with us directly. If we do not receive a reply, we will assume you do not require our services but hope we will be able to assist you in the future :)
