Our Legal Fees

For all Real Estate transactions (sales, purchases, refinances, transfers of land, etc.) and Wills and Estates services we charge based on a flat fee + disbursements model. For Notary appointments and Mediation sessions, we charge on an hourly basis.

Nope! All of our estimates are free and no-obligation, meaning that by requesting an estimate you are not subject to any fees or charges and are not automatically retaining our services. Our team will only email you once with your estimate and will not contact you further or begin any work on your behalf without your consent

Nope! We will not assume that you are retaining our services until you confirm with us directly. If we do not receive a reply, we will assume you do not require our services but hope we will be able to assist you in the future :)
